Well this is about as important an announcemnt as you will see on old Lollygag. Christine and I are expecting our first child February 1st, 2007. We got to see some new ultrasounds today and I thought I should share one.
congrats!!! a mini-tignor is exciting, and to have extreme good looks and super-human intelligence to boot is downright sensational! ;) we're thrilled for you guys.
Seamus, from the Ireland Highlands, saw this baby before y'all did! Let's hope he/she has better teeth and smells sweeter. Congratulations. Love Mom and Dad.
I just noticed the 'notes' on the page. Very impressive. Seamus eh? Now I'm really jealous. That was the name I wanted to call Quinn but Ginger completely vetoed it. Does this mean you already know it's a boy?
When we were returning from Dingle, Ireland over the pass we ran into a shepherd.
The shepherd's name was Seamus and he basically told us we should be having babies...thus the name. Seamus was a really nice guy, although a bit touchy feely with Christine (he may have been alone with the sheep for too long). Poor guy obviously had no access to dental care though. He had like one tooth.
We don't know if it is a boy or girl (we asked to remain in the dark about that one)...but Seamus is such a good name the child may get it either way :-)
What great news! Congratulations. I am glad that your future child has such super human intelligence. I am glad someone in our group was an over achiever! :-)
I'm a very very happy and proud mother of two children, 3 and 1 year old ... CONGRATULATIONS to you both for the baby that will arrive! Being mother and father is a sort of miracle, the most wonderful thing ever in our lives!

Best wishes!!! It is a huge lifestyle change, but worth it! I cannot believe that Loren is approaching her 10-month birthday already.
Thanks for all the good wishes. Christine and I both appreciate it.
